It's a good read and relates a little to the recent work developing NZCER's Rational number assessment, a focussed assessment to target students uunderstanding of rational number. It also supports the renewed recognitin of the impaortnace of rational number as a key mathematical concept (and a key sub-strand of the NZC 2025).
