Dear Aileen
It is great to have a new pen pal, isn't it ?. My teacher asked the class if anyone wanted to write to students in your country ?. I did because I have always wanted to know more about Scotland ?. I thought you might want to know about New Zealand ?.
I have so many things to ask you ?. I am 10 years old. how about you ?. I live with my mum and dad and sister on a small farm ?. Do you live in the country or in a city ?. I have two pets, a lamb and a dog ?. What about you ?.
Do you have a favourite sport or hobby ?. I belong to a swimming club and I like collecting shells ?. Do you like reading or going to the movies ?.
My best friend is Naomi ?. She asks me to stay over at her house sometimes and we have heaps of fun playing in the swimming pool at her place ?. What sort of things do you do with your friends ?.
Will you write back quickly so that I can get to know all about you ?.
