Runny honey

This task is about investigating viscosity.
How to do this task

  • Place equal amounts of honey in two test tubes.
  • Place one test tube in a beaker of hot water, leave for 3 minutes.
  • Stand the test tubes next to one another. Hold a marble over each, and let the marbles fall into the liquid.
