This task is about giving an oral report about a news media topic.

Prepare a report about a topic of local, national, or international interest that is in the news media at the present time.

  • You should present both your own opinions and information from the media.
  • Write the 4-5 main ideas of your report on a cue card or into your presentation software. Do not write out the whole report.
  • The report is not to be read or memorised.
  • Use presentation software or other visual aids if you wish.
