This task is about working out the number of cubes needed and then making the models.
For each question,

  1. write down the number of cubes you would need to make each model shown,
  2. then use the multi-link cubes to make each model.

This task can be completed with pencil and paper or online (with some auto-marking), and involves using equipment.

15 multi-link cubes.

Description of task: 
In this practical task, students use drawings to identify the number of multi-link cubes needed to construct 3-dimensional shapes. They then construct the objects.
