This task is about finding an unbiased sample for a survey.

The Opoho City Council wants to find out what the people in their city think about building a new children's playground.
Because Opoho is a large city, the council wants to give their questionnaire to only a sample of people who live in the city. They want their sample to be a representative one. This means they want the people in their sample to fairly represent all of the people in the city of Opoho.
