The teacher reads aloud the story below.

Jack got up early on Saturday to catch the bus to the Fun Fair.  He got off the bus at (1,3) and went straight to (6,3).
Once he had bought all his tickets, he decided that he had enough time to get some (5,9) and then (11,5) before he met his friend, Henry, at (9,1).
Jack and Henry were very nervous about the (14,1), but really did enjoy the ride.
The boys ran to (12,9) so that they could get a bird's eye view of the whole Fun Fair. They quickly followed this with a ride at (14,7) and then had some (6,8) and (9,9).
After a rest the boys tried the (13,3) and then had lots of laughs at the (12,11).
At lunchtime Jack and Henry had a (5,11). The boys had a final turn at (9,1) before they left the fun fair at (7,0).
