This task is about measuring the diameter and circumference of two objects.
This is a practical task.
Equipment needed: Clock, hoop, measuring tape.

This task can be completed with pen and paper or online (with NO auto marking).
 
Equipment:
Measuring tape; round clock; hoop; calculator.
  • Before beginning this activity you will need to measure the circumference and the diameter on the clock and the hoop.
  • Students will need to work in pairs to measure the circumferences.
