  • For the estimation part of this task give each student one multi-link cube, a pencil, and an exercise book.
  • For the measurement part, give each student about 20 multi-link cubes and a 30 cm ruler.

Description of task: 
In this practical task, students estimate how many multi-link blocks equal the length of two common classroom items. They then check their estimate with the blocks, then measure with a ruler.
