Place Value Error

Students are often out by 1 place value, generally giving it one place to the left of (i.e. bigger) than it is.

Tenths given as ones. Thousandths given as hundredths. Hundredths given as tenths. Hundredths given as tenths.

NOTE: Numbers with zeros in them proved harder for students.
